• Provide quality customer service to customers ensuring the best buying experience, from
Beginning to after delivery.
• Acknowledge customer complaints or issues and help to resolve them in a timely manner.
Handle customer inquiries, billing questions, payments, shipping and service/parts requests.
• Generate and send documents, including balance reports, sales orders, purchase orders, MSO’s
and Bills of Sale.
• Assist the marketing team with swag orders, inventory and small format designs FOR PRINT
AND DIGITAL PROMOTIONS.
